Our refund policy ensures that you are completely satisfied with our services. We offer refunds for the initial design concepts and have restrictions on refunds once work on revisions has begun. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the initial design concepts to initiate a refund request.

At Logopard, we take pride in delivering high-quality logo design services that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. We understand, however, that there may be instances where you may not be fully satisfied with our work, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services.

Refund Eligibility:

If we fail to deliver the initial design concepts within the agreed-upon timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts, you are eligible for a partial refund.

Refund Restrictions:

Once the work on revisions begins, there can be no refund.

To initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the initial design concepts. Please note that any refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your refund request.

Please note that if you have approved the final design, there can be no refund. Once the final design is approved, the project will be considered complete.
