Unlimited revisions do NOT mean unlimited logo concepts! I provide the logo design based on your specific requirements. If you want to change the entire logo concept after delivery, I request you to order an additional logo extra as it is a FRESH DESIGN.

However, for the aforementioned reasons, we find email to be the most suitable and efficient option for our team.
We typically do offer refunds if you're not happy with the logo. Only before you rate or mark the order as complete are mutual cancellations and refunds possible.
